Born with a Silver Spoon (OK, Fork)

When I was a baby, I ate with a silver spoon and fork. This was the same set that my Mom ate with. We believe there is more history to this set as well.

Over Christmas my Mom gave me that set. She also found another set to match, so that both of my boys would be able to enjoy that experience. Also, so that when they have their own children, they can pass these pieces down and continue the tradition.

Some call it fussy or over the top, but I LOVE the thought and the tradition of it. Plus, check out these pictures! Even beef ravioli can be enjoyed off of silver forks! Spoiled rotten and totally loved aren't they?
